 -Describe how  we learn about the impact institutionalized prejudice has had throughout history, particularly when governments sanction, uphold, and maintain hate crimes and incidents.
 -Identify a Supervisor responsibilities when involved in the on-scene investigation and/or reviewing the incident report for which need to verify if a crime can be classified as a hate crime.
 -Identify   criminal statutes that address hate crimes.
 -Explain how to improve hate crime reporting.
