Procedure to Receive a
90% Discount on a Follow-up Course

A. APA requires Sponsors to limit Psychologists to a maximum of three attempts to pass the Post-Test.
B. If you do not have a score of 80% or higher after 3 attempts, select a Follow-up Course with the same number of CE hours. Click here for courses listed by hours.
C. Then email customer service at info@mentalhealthce.com, with your name; the Original Course Title and Code; and the Follow-up Course title and Course Code you wish to take.
D. Since you have already paid for the Original Course, but have not received a certificate, the Customer Service Manager, Debbie Goodman, will issue you a non-transferable 90% Discount Code which will expire in 60 days, for the Follow-up Course.
E. Add the Follow-up Course course into the cart. Then enter the 90% Discount Code, and payment. You will then have three additional attempts to pass the new Follow-up Course Test.
F. You may repeat this procedure if you do not pass the Follow-up Course Test in 3 attempts.
